On August 25, Torch Electron successfully held its Employee Children Education Awards and Alumni Guidance event as part of the company’s Second Talent Festival. A total of six employees’ children who achieved excellent results in the college entrance examination received awards, while four of them visited the company to learn more about Torch Electron through on-site tours and experience sharing, carrying forward the company’s spirit of dedication as they begin a new chapter in life.
During the event, the students visited the company showroom and production facilities, gaining a deeper understanding of Torch Electron’s more than three decades of dedication to manufacturing and industrial development. They also had the opportunity to better appreciate the commitment and hard work of their parents, who have long contributed to the company through their daily responsibilities.
As a gesture of gratitude, the students presented flowers to their parents, expressing sincere appreciation for their support, dedication, and care throughout the years.
The event also featured an Alumni Guidance Sharing Session. Outstanding young employees from Torch Electron shared their own university experiences and offered practical advice on topics such as adapting to university life, course selection, balancing extracurricular activities, and planning for postgraduate study.
These firsthand experiences provided the new university students with useful guidance, helping them better plan their studies and move forward with greater confidence.
As part of Torch Electron’s talent development strategy, this year’s program was further expanded with the launch of a new Campus Ambassador Program. Su Zhiming from the Human Resources Department introduced the program in detail and warmly invited the students to become a bridge between Torch Electron and their universities.
Through the program, students are encouraged to share Torch Electron’s corporate culture, introduce the company’s strengths, and connect with talented students at leading universities, creating opportunities for both the company and young people to grow together.
At the event, Ms. Chen Xiaoyin, Vice General Manager of Torch Electron, presented the College Entrance Examination Awards to the outstanding students. She also conveyed the sincere expectations of General Manager Mr. Chen Peiyang, encouraging the students to make the most of their university years, remain committed to learning and personal growth, and confidently pursue the opportunities ahead.
Guided by its people-oriented philosophy, Torch Electron continues to extend its care beyond employees to their families and children.
Over the years, the company has introduced a number of supportive initiatives, including leave for parents accompanying their children during the college entrance examination period and financial awards for students achieving excellent examination results.
Since the College Entrance Examination Award Program was established in 2018, more than 20 outstanding children of Torch Electron employees have received recognition.
