RHV Series High Voltage Thick Film Chip Resistors are available in 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 2512 sizes, with power ratings ranging from 1/16 W to 1 W at 70°C.   The series covers resistance values from 10 kΩ to 500 MΩ and maximum working voltages from 100 V to 3000 V, depending on the size. TCR options include ±300 ppm/°C and ±700 ppm/°C depending on the resistance range. Resistance tolerances of ±1%, ±5%, and ±10% are available. Both bulk and tape-and-reel packaging options are provided.
